love to come here for a lovely breakfast/ brunch on the weekend. the food is always so yummy and the staff are lovely. very good vegan options which is great and my partner thinks the meat water options are really good as well. dog friendly, our dog loves coming here.

Its a lovely autumn sunday morning, and we were in Worcester town centre walking around and thought let's grab a coffee. Well we popped into here, the Boston Tea Party and it just happened to be the best decision in a long time! The welcoming was perfect, the ordering was straightforward, the coffee was superb, and the food was stunning. If only we had of known about this place sooner. BTP has just obtained a frequent customer! Thank you for such a pleasant time and a delicious breakfast.

I come to this restaurant quite a bit, and have been coming for 2 or 3 years. Recently, over the last 6 months, I have had to complain at least twice. The food was not served as described on the menu, looking pretty shabby, with key aspects of it (especially from a vegan perspective where things like hash browns are important) barely resembling what they were meant to be - the hash browns in particular were a pathetic representation. The food was sloppily prepared and the portions were unsatisfactory, leaving me wondering what I had paid £14.85 for. I complained once, and they took it away, but then I got given exactly the same again but with a free drink. Believe it or not, this happened a third time, before I finally gave in to my hunger and just ate what they gave me. I should have had a full refund really, but had to settle for a portion of chips and a free drink. The people were doing their best but I think their customer service policy needs to be reviewed...and their kitchen staff trained better. Unpleasant experience! Disappointed!

First time at Boston tea party in In Worcester. We had the Biscoff milkshake, which was beautiful tasted lovely. The pancakes with blackberry compote and syrup And the breakfast the home-made hashbrowns were absolutely lovely.

Would recommend anyone coming to Worcester to enjoy a coffee and cake here. Very positive and happy atmosphere, all staff were very cheery with smiles on their faces. They even made something that wasn't on the menu, which isn't common, let alone not many places even know what an affogato is. The selection of cakes is great. Will definitely be going back before leaving.

The staff here are always incredibly friendly, such a perfect example of excellent customer service, and the food is great too. It is fantastic to find somewhere with plenty of options, facilities for little ones, and also great quality products. I recently experienced a longer wait for food, which is unusual, and the staff could not have been more informative or apologetic (it wasn't really that bad!) and offered a complimentary drink/cake as well which was very kind.

Always a lovely experience when visiting the Worcester Boston Tea Party. On this occasion I was served by the lovely Katy who made me feel welcome and at ease from the start. I ordered online and the food came quickly and Katy didn’t hesitate to ask if I needed anything extra. I love that there is always a good selection of Vegan fayre and the portion sizes are spot on. Will definitely come again! Thanks so much! :)
