I've always come here for fuel and my morning breakfast and have never been disappointed only on some occasions i dont get my croissant 🤨 but its ok as the service and politeness provided by the staff is brilliant so I'll let that one go. Overall Saqib is brilliant and knows how to deal with customers. Also other staff i dont know the names of are really good too. 🙂👌👍

I use this petrol station every week and it's usually fine. However, I just received a letter from a debt agency called Forecourt Eye saying that I drove off without paying for my petrol. I of course, went into the station to pay for my petrol and obviously, the card reader must have asked for me to insert my pin, but the cashier didn't notice and just said thanks and bye. Now I have received quite a threatening letter demanding £35 as a fine. This is totally unacceptable as I wasn't at fault!

The garage is conveniently located on Thomas Lewis way so a good pit stop before you jump on the M27 or M3. Shell is unfortunately one of the more expensive petrol stations but if you need convenience then this is good for that quick bit of petrol if in need. Obviously other petrol stations around are cheaper but not as conveniently placed.

Not my first visit to this station, but first appalling one. I visited today just before 6pm. There was no indication that there are any problems with the station, so I just pulled in and tried to get some petrol. The distributor didn't go to zero on first ten attempts. So I looked over to where the staff were and they were busy having a laugh - once they saw me, they made a weird gesture, so I treated that as 'we just zeroed it for you', went back and there was no change. So I went inside and the staff said that 'the system is down, try another distributor'. Tried two other ones, before they told me that 'the system is down' and none of them are going to work!!! No cones anywhere to keep anybody else from doing the same thing, no notice on the distributors - just two lads happy as hippies in an empty shop. When I told them that we could use a notice BEFORE we attempt to get some petrol, I got a shrug and a silly smile - that means NO WORK for now, as the system is down. I get it personally, don't get me wrong. But this is professional environment, or so I thought... Please, if you can't provide the service, could it make it known to anybody interested, Shell? I will be avoiding this petrol station, as staff lack basic training (and human empathy).

this is my local petrol station, I try to always use the same petrol station due to the mixture how the petrol is been composed. Friendly/young staff good flow of customers and clean petrol station!

I visit this petrol station regularly as it is very conveniently located close to my house. Whenever I do, I always get excellent customer service from young Saqib. He's always very polite, professional and helpful.

Great service from young lad Khan. I called in when the engine oil light came on. He helped me look up the correct type of oil to use and I picked up a bottle and was on my way. I’ve since got the car serviced!

All I can say is, this is a convenient place for filling up on your journey. Long or short distances and, it has a tyre pressure machine that is not very busy most times. Petrol prices may be slightly higher than supermarkets.
