Viv’s in Goring is a quiet and cozy café, perfect for a relaxing break. The atmosphere is peaceful and not crowded, which makes it an ideal spot to enjoy your drink comfortably. The staff were professional, polite, and very welcoming, creating a pleasant experience from the moment I arrived. I ordered an espresso, a cappuccino, and a slice of cake, and all of them were excellent. The coffee was well-balanced and the cake was fresh and delicious. Another great point is the reasonable pricing, which makes the overall experience even better. Viv’s is definitely a great place for a quality coffee and a calm, enjoyable visit.

This used to be my 'go-to' cafe when visiting Goring as the food was freshly made, reasonable quality and especially lovely shortbread. But now, the menu is far too expensive for basic lunch food when similar prices can be found at other venues nearby in much more modern and upmarket surroundings. Sadly won't be returning.

I came into this cafe with my mother for afternoon lunch. We had a lovely experience and thought the cafe had a calming atmosphere. We were served by Betsy who was lovely and very welcoming. We will definitely be coming back to this cafe again!

Viv very kindly popped out I to the arcade with two tuna cheese toasties that had been a messed up order and offered them to us. Popped in to thank her and stopped for a hot drink and a piece of cake. Great little spot for two weary walkers.

Great central location. Great service. Reasonable prices. First floor interior noisy and needs refurb. Plenty of external seating too, but can be drafty.

Wish we had seen the prices. No prices on the menu. We had 2 buns with halloumi, 2 slices of halloumi in each with some kind of roasted veg, it was very greasy whatever it was . It comes with a small side salad. We had one mint tea and a smoothie. £43.00 total rip off. Why do you not put the prices on your menu. We had a beautiful meal across the road in the miller of Mansfield pub which was cheaper than this café. Avoid at all costs.

One of the best freshly baked cake i ever had. I will definitely go again whenever I’m visiting Goring.
