Visited during the summer. Outside seating area alongside canal & open tented area on grass. Arrive at 11am for brunch with friends. Very busy cafe, paking & tables. Obviously the word is out! Great breakfast & brunch menu with freshly made & fabulous quiche, cake & rolls & salads. Popular with dog walkers & families. Space limited during winter months inside but always busy & good food & value. Highly recommend.

Decent quality of food. Service was of a satisfactory level without being exceptional. A good mix of food on offer at reasonable prices. Set on the grounds of the Marina It offers a nice environment for a spot of lunch or a nice tea or coffee. Would return

Wonderful place for lunch with a good selection of things to pick from along with tempting array of cakes. Given it was a decent day we chose to sit outside with relaxing views across the marina. You order at the counter then the food/drink is brought to you,the staff were really efficient/friendly and really nice working well together providing a really good experience. Will be returning soon .

Great find! We stopped by while out on a walk, nice set up and quite busy! We sat outside as it was a sunny day. We ordered a sausage roll, cake, one hot chocolate and one milkshake. Food was great, mint hot chocolate-lovely! Feedback on the milkshake: the milk was not cold, was luke warm sadly, as otherwise it tasted lovely. And if it the weather was cold/raining i think the indoor seating was a little cramped for the buggy to fit in. Apart from that, it was nice to sit and watch the canal boats, will definitely go back!

Where do I start! we went in for brunch and we were appalled by the service. We had enough time to finish our breakfast (which was a questionable meal due to the mushrooms and sausage) before we got our drinks. We had made multiple members of staff aware that our drinks had not came before, during, and after we had our meal. All we got told is that there was a delay. However, the tables around us (who ordered after us) were getting their drinks before we got ours. When we ordered, the restaurant wasn’t busy so no excuses. Member of staff had apologised for our drinks being missed however apologising once we have waited over an hour it’s ridiculous with no compensation.

Hugely popular cafe/restaurant, with buzzy atmosphere. Great selection of food both hot & cold. Super service and lovely staff. Chose the breakfast and declined a couple of items, was then offered Hash browns thinking these were "swaps", but was charged extra. Not a drama, but will know next time. Well worth the visit.

Lovely cafe to pop by before or after a walk. We had two toasties served within 10-15 minutes even though the place was packed. The personnel always happy to help and polite. Prices reasonable, for two big toasties served with crisps, one cherry Bakewell slice and two cappuccinos £12 isn't too bad. Definitely choose to sit in a table next to the window as the views are quite nice. Looking forward to visit again in better weather within summer for a coffee ❤️
