Mrs. Gina was excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The breakfast was amazing and we were always greeted with a smile. The room was very clean and we were provided with anything we needed. I will definitely be back!

We traveled from Bham,AL to Moss Point, MS to attend our aunt's 80th birthday party and needed a room. The location was only minutes away, easy access to the interstate, and great customer service. THE ROOM, The Room, the room was old and look horrible. There was a commercial wet vacuum in the room from water had flooded another room. The bathroom wasn't properly cleaned. Counter tops had hair on them. It needed remodel. We carry disinfectant spray when traveling and sprayed everything down, said our prayers, and got in the bed.

We arrived around 6 pm. Upon entering the room there was an odd smell but we were exhausted and the room was fairly clean. The kids wanted to go down to the pool and after swimming we were getting ready for bed when I saw a bed bug crawling on my pillow. I went to the front desk and the clerk was nice and refunded my money immediately. I wasn't going to write this review until I called the following day as my 7 year old had left her bathing suit in the room. I was told I would have to wait till Monday because housekeeping had left for the day. I informed them we were not from there and would be unable to return on Monday. The clerk instructed me to call back in ten mins which I did and she informed me that housekeeping said there was no bathing suit in the room. I know I left it in the room beside the bed so the housekeeping threw it away and then lied about it bathing suit was 40 dollars so I was a little upset. She then felt the need to inform me that what I saw crawling across my pillow was not a bed bug it was a flea. I informed her that I know what a bed bug and bed bug feces look like and that it was not a flea. Photos below would not recommend staying.

We booked this hotel by accident but the reviews were good so we gave it a try. The check in process was smooth and the clerk was friendly enough. The room was not the cleanest but no bed bugs. The problem was the humidity in the room was atrocious. Everything felt wet or greasy. Then the office chair was rusty and have mold growth on the back. There was also mold on the base of the bed and on the chair. Maybe we just got an unlucky room.

Manager was very rude. Rude wake up call at 6 am yelling at me. First room was dirty blood stains on the bed sheets bugs all over it. Second room was cleaner but sink was broken. Manager calling at 7 am yelling I am not allowed to be in the room that I was put in. Will never stay at these places again. Should be shut down.

The carpet was wet & smelling also the microwave was filthy so they gave us another room that was much better but the toilet was stopping up. There was very NOISY guest next door the whole time.

The entire FLOOR is DAMP! As a result the room is musty. If this hotel gets inspected it will be CLOSED. It’s too bad CORPORATE doesn’t take an interest because the location is terrific. I am writing the critique because I left roughly seven hours ago and I still smell the room. I am calling the health department Monday September 29, 2025.

Because of My Family Vacation Stay I reserved 3 rooms and paid for them I had to make serval complaints the hotel rooms wasn't clean . I had blood on the sheets and comforters. Mildew on the pillow cases on the bed . Breakfast was a hot breakfast with meats and breakfast was supposed to be from 6am until 9am they stop serving earlier than that 😒
