The rooms were not clean like they should be. General wiping down would eliminate stains on the lamps and other items. The first room they gave me reeked of cigarette smoke the second I opened the door. Management gave me another room but the housekeeping was horrible. The tub jets showed filth that needed to be cleaned. Other patrons told me that this was the worst Comfort Inn they had ever stayed at!

The comforter on both beds was damp. The room did not smell fresh at all. This hotel needs some serious renovation. No outlets worked in the room and the internet did not work. We have stayed at this hotel plenty of times in the past but the pictures online show a completely different hotel. For the amount of business that the hotel gets, they should have definitely enough money to make some upgrades.

This is the worst place I have ever attempted to stay at. My husband and myself made a reservation for June 20-22,2025. Upon arrival we were greeted with the front desk personnel cleaning rooms, fixing tvs, and checking in individuals. We finally received our keyboard but when we made it to the room it was already occupied. I immediately went back to the front desk to see what was going on. The front desk personnel assured me that there was no one in the room. I explained to her that there was luggage in the room. She went to check amd came back confused. She then stated I am unsure what happened but the hotel is completely booked. Mind you we jad already paid for the room for two nights. The hotel still has not refunded our money nor has the owner contacted me after 10 attempts. Please be advised the hotel is short staff amd they will take amd keep your when they male mistakes.

The only part of the hotel that's decent is the breakfast area and pool area. One of the most run down hotels I've seen. Mold in bathroom worn and stained carpets and mattress that are as soft as marshmallows, woke up with terrible backache.

Don't be fooled by the reviews or score(s) over three stars. This isn't Comfort Inn quality; not even close. It has damage and issues everywhere you look including crickets in the hallway. Starting with the property outside all the way to the bathroom it's poorly maintained. The standards are gone without spend and attention to details. Choice should force them to remove the Comfort Inn franchise name. I won't stay there again.

Our stay was a pleasurable experience. Our room was clean, the hotel staff were all very friendly and professional. We will be recommending to our friends and family. We will be coming back to stay here often while visiting our coastal family

I requested a first floor room and was assigned room 102. The shower was is sad shape in appearance. My wife wanted me to ask for another room since it looked very inappropriate for a "choice "accommodation. I was too tired from driving all day to deal with the matter. Thus she's not too happy about this and she doesn't want to have this happen again by considering another stay. Can you help make this better? I have photos if you wish to see the condition of the shower.

My room was dirty. The bathroom was terrible. Lighting was awful. Couldn’t see to put on make up commode ran all the time and the tub took forever to drain so when you took a shower, you were standing in ankle deep water would not recommend.
