A great place to use as a base, ether for Work, Leisure or Sightseeing! While the reception is on the first floor, lifts are available so this is not an issue! What might have been an issue was the login stations were ALL offline (for me I liked that as I prefer the human factor) , but what was not an issue, was the complimentary mimosa cocktail… thank you. The room was clean, and bed was very comfortable. There is an onsite restaurant downstairs and off street parking. Overall a good place, and will stay here again.

We had an excellent stay and sleep in the room. Kids kept us awake but the room was as expected and very comfortable. ||The staff on the desk that Saturday night were super helpful in explaining the parking situation. No complaints with how great they were. ||My gripe was breakfast. I'm so pleased we were down early. We were welcomed by a friendly staff member and explained what was happening. Great. The dining area is probably the best of any premier inn I've been too. It was lovely. It wasn't staffed though. When you are told you can eat as much as you want at a table of 4 with 2 hungry kids, you would hope someone is clearing plates and that wasn't happening. I think there was one in the kitchen and the person who welcomed us. Your lovely facility is being let down by not manning it. Had we been down later we would have had problems, I'm sure of it.

I had a great stay at this hotel! Everything was very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful – definitely 5 stars for cleanliness and service. The location is also very good (4 stars), close to many attractions, but it could use a few more parking spots for guests. Overall, highly recommended!

Lovely rooms when you arrive, spaceous, clean and tidy. The bathrooms and showers are also clean and impressive. The front desk staff of gracious. There's a HDMI port for connecting laptops or (Wii) consoles. Plenty of plugs and charging ports, good lighting options. Would have given 5 stars if the room and towels were cleaned just once over my 4 day stay. Especially as I requested a room clean and fresh towels with the front desk after day 2.

Standard, acceptable Premier Inn style. It does the job of providing a comfortable bed for short stay, frequent travellers in our family. The downside is the absence of a good gym & a pool in my view 👌.

Clean enough. Horrendous parking arrangements. Left items behind after one stay and they were 'never found' and staff very uninterested in trying to find them. Would not recommend anyone staying here for those reasons.
