I had such a great experience staying at London House Hotel for 4 nights and would absolutely stay again. Booking directly through the hotel was seamless, and the staff gave honest, helpful advice — they let me pay for breakfast only on days I wanted it, which was perfect since I often slept in (jet lag!) or had brunch plans. Before I arrived, they emailed to confirm my requests (high floor, extra blanket, adapter) and met them all at check-in. Everything felt personalized and welcoming. The room was small but exactly as described — clean, cozy, and ideal for a solo traveler. The bathroom sink has no counter space which was my only hiccup. Everything else (bed, view, closet, vanity) was perfect for me. The secure keycard entry made me feel safe, and hallway noise was minimal. The Kensington location is unbeatable for the price — my friends thought I was rich staying there (I’m not!). It’s a great value, convenient, and comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

We stayed in a Standard Twin (with a lovely garden view) for 7 nights. The location can't be beat...it's close to the Underground and to a safe, thriving neighborhood with excellent stores and restaurants, and within walking distance of Paddington Station (10-15 minutes, depending on your pace) and Bayswater Station (less than 5 minutes). The room was fairly quiet except for very late night noise from cars and people returning from bars. The staff was very helpful and nice and someone is at reception 24-7. As far as the room itself goes, it was very tight for two adults and although we're fairly small people, we had trouble moving around in the bathroom, and it was very hot in there, so we always felt like we needed another shower when we got out. Not sure if this is a UK thing or not, but there is no outlet in the bathroom and only a couple of outlets in the bedroom area, and the only way to achieve softer lighting is to use the reading lights above the beds...there are no individual lamps to soften the bright overhead lights. The breakfast room was small and chaotic, so we ended up eating locally after the first day. Would we stay here again? Probably, because of the excellent location, cleanliness, safety of neighborhood, pleasant staff, and the price, but we would definitely get a larger room.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean, the neighborhood near the hotel was quiet and safe, and it is a very short walk to a couple of tube stops. It was also a very good price for all of the above, and I would gladly stay here again! The only thing to note is that the rooms are tiny, and even compared to most European hotels.

I booked a 9 day stay at London House Hotel and was thrilled with the experience! The hotel was a great price, in a great location, safe, clean, and quiet. There is quick access to restaurants, pubs, convenience stores, and tube stops in the area. Kensington Palace is just a quick walk away for those looking to tour. We booked their special 7+ night stay deal which provided us the flexibility to leave on a 2 day road trip to the Cotswolds without the hassle of repacking (not to mention hotel check-outs and checking back in). We felt safe and knew our belongings would be secure while we were gone. ||The only thing I will do differently on our next stay is to upgrade to a slightly larger room. I booked a standard double room for myself and my husband and it was a squeeze for two adults and two large pieces of checked luggage. A single traveler or someone staying for a shorter time probably wouldn't mind. We had to be very diligent about our organization because there was no room for any spreading out.||Still, we enjoyed ourselves so much and were very happy with our hotel choice!

This is a nice hotel. Location is good, rooms spacious enough, big towels, good water pressure, reception 24/7. We would visit this hotel again. Breakfast could have been better and soundproofing of the rooms is not good at all. Also only one ”normal” charging plug on the room. But altogether, we enjoyed our stay in London House Hotel.

I had a great 6 night stay at the London House Hotel. Check in and all information provided prior to my stay was clear. Staff was nice and it’s great that they’re available all night. The room was small but perfect for my solo trip - though I had to squeeze a bit in the bathroom. Lots of plug ins and the little desk was perfect for make up. You also can’t beat a room with AC as while it was cool in the evenings and early morning, it warmed up throughout the day. The location was perfect near the tube and many buses. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for one night before we ended our trip and had an amazing experience. The room and bathroom was very clean and we opted for the twin beds which was great! Location was awesome, tons of shops and restaurants around (especially if you plan on visiting the Notting hill area). We would definitely stay here again!
