Lovely little café, good choices of food for various dietary requirements, only issue I found was that the “big breakfast” wasn’t very big but other than that it was lovely, very friendly staff and a nice quiet location. I noticed in the upstairs antique section there was a perfume bottle labelled up as a “vintage French perfume bottle” that turned out to be a Britney Spears perfume you can buy in boots and when I mentioned it to a member of staff they seemed a little bit snappy and defensive about it, I just don’t want someone to pay for something they think is vintage when it’s not. All in all it was a lovely place to visit.

Service is slow, but why hurry. Have daily specials and usual breakfasts serviced till 1pm. Jacket potato, sandwiches, tea cakes, crumpets and cakes. Reasonable priced. Shop has chalk paint, clothing and food items as well as bits and pieces for home/ gifts. Upstairs, stairs are a little steep there are vintage stalls.

What a friendly place. Popped in this morning on my dog walk. It was crowded but staff found me a table and carried my drink over for me as my dog was pulling. Food was lovely and being dog friendly is a bonus as cafe opposite isn't. Didn't get a chance to see antiques upstairs but will next time.

We visited The Granary to have a wander round and look at the antiques. To access the shop, you have to ascend quite steep stairs which are not ideal for anyone who struggles with their mobility. The space is small but has a wide range of different items which are fun to browse around. Items seemed quite expensive but maybe that’s as a result of inflation.

The antique and vintage store was like an Alladins Cave. I spent a good few hours just wandering and admiring everything. I didn’t stop for coffee though it looked like a great place to have something to eat and also some great shopping downstairs too.

If you want a reasonably priced, good meal, or a quick snack, the Granary is one of the best. It is in a quirky setting, a great menu, efficient and friendly staff. The scones are the best in Norfolk. The menu does change but there is a core of great food. A gem for locals and visitors plus a unique shopping experience.
