Part of the Seaton tramways experience. The menu is decent and caters to all tastes(kids, older folk and vegetarian/vegan). The food was very well prepared even though the place was very busy. Staff were polite and friendly as well being industrious and professional under pressure. We were served by Eleanor who took our order and made our drinks quickly and expertly. Hats off to the staff doing a difficult job and flourishing at it! 100% recommended.

The food here is so good, and I mean it was amazing. We had the drivers breakfast which was excellently cooked. The sausage was the best I think we have ever tasted it was local, and was a big one too. The eggs, beans and potatoes were perfect too. My daughter had the fish and chips and she ate it all which means only good things. Now because we were visiting the Seaton tramway the driver said they also did cream teas, so on our second visit we had some of them while the kids had some ice cream. The scones were delightful and looked handmade, the cream and jam was also very very good. When we visit here again we will definitely be back. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is seating inside and out. If outside you sit on picnic benches and your food is brought too you (except the drinks). You can watch the trams go by with excited people. Very highly recommend. Some other good things here is that if your taking a dog they are allowed everywhere which is great news for when the weather isn't all that great too sit outside.

Stopped for some food at 11.45 am during our day trip on the tram, and sat on one of the many empty tables outside, as it was a beautiful day. Despite being the only group ordering food and the only table seated outside, and only 1 table already seated inside (everyone else apparently opting for a quick drink before alighting) the lady flat out sternly refused to take our order without a table number because they were so busy (despite the only other groups helping themselves to cold drinks and not ordering food) Being disabled and not wanting to battle our way past the crowd of people at the drinks fridge to find our number we just cancelled the order and went without. The table number turned out to be heavily painted over and not exactly 'obvious'. We went elsewhere for food. Such a disappointment.

Lovely tram ride to Colyton through the marshlands. Saw a fox, rabbits, hares, geese, swans, various ducks and wetland birds as well as sheep, cows and horses. Well worth the trip.
