Fancied going somewhere different to my local area, but didn't want to drive in to Leeds due to marathon road closure. After searching on Google and Facebook stalking we decided to pop over to Samuel Valentine. We sat outside on a lovely sunny day and was greeted by very friendly waitress with a great smile. Food came out quickly and tested very good!!! Me and my partner both shared and said our choices was spot on. Looking forward to visiting again as they have a different menu on a weekday compared to the all day breakfast menu on a Sunday Thank you for the great service and food

Lovely place and lovely food. It's just a shame you come out smelling like a greasy spoon. It clings to your clothes and your hair. We thought once it was taken over this might have improved but sadly not.

Wonderful food and service, we had a lovely brunch, great local ingredients, tasty and plentiful. I did see a couple of people had said they felt "greasy" when they came out, it's not something we experienced, I would fully recommend going for yourself.
