My husband and I booked The Loft for the second part of our wedding weekend on Saturday the 23rd of August. From the initial meeting with Sam to the day itself, everything was taken care of so effortlessly by the team! Sam was able to bring our vision of a 'brunch' to life with the chef, putting together a fantastic spread for all our guests to enjoy the day after our wedding! No idea was a bad idea for the team and they were so accommodating. We hired a crazy golf course and wooden garden games which looked fantastic in the large space available! We then had pizzas later on in the evening and they were delicious without a slice left of the trays. The team also ensured all drinks and food were replenished throughout the day which ensured all our guests were able to enjoy it all fresh.The venue has access to a large car park which we were allowed to leave our cars there overnight and the facilities themselves were very clean and tidy. Thank you again to Sam and the team!

Met my friend for lunch, had the most delicious Red Lentil Tarka Dhal dish, which was incredibly fresh and flavoursome; an added bonus of being under £8!!!! The coffee was really well made, the atmosphere was chilled probably helped by the lovely big windows and views over the fields. What a lovely gem!

We held my wife’s 40th birthday party here on Saturday and it was perfect from start to finish. The team were so accommodating and helpful throughout the whole process – nothing felt like too much trouble. On the night itself everything ran smoothly, which meant we could just relax and enjoy it. A brilliant space for a special celebration and we’ve had so many compliments since!

Held my 70th birthday party at the Loft and had a wonderful night. Sam ensured that I had everything that was needed and was very helpful on the run up to the party. The venue was great - many people commented on it - space for dancing to the disco (Funky Tones from Milton Keynes who where great) and for the tables and the buffet. Went for the £16 ahead buffet which was good and plentiful (everybody raved about the sausage rolls!!). A lovely memory of a great night spent with my family and friends. If I'm still around on my 80th I'll be celebrating there too!

Our daughter had a lovely 9th birthday party here, after roller skating across the road with her friends. The atmosphere is relaxed and low pressure and the food was great. They cordoned off an area for us and we decorated the table etc. She had a great time and it was a really easy process to get everything sorted. They catered for various dietary requirements (veggie, gluten free) so it was all great.

Staff have always been friendly when I've visited. The food is tasty and reasonably priced and the coffee is good. The tables and bar were all clean and tidy as were the toilets. There was a nice friendly atmosphere on a Sarurday morning, not too busy but a nice relaxed vibe. My son enjoyed his pizza and I had a stuffed breakfast pastry. My friend enjoyed a little dish of 'ends' which are the best bits of the brownies and flapjacks etc in my opinion! 😊

Had such a lovely experience.The atmosphere was warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Gabriella and Lucy were absolutely brilliant — so friendly, helpful, and full of smiles. The service was super quick without ever feeling rushed, and it was amazing value for money too. You can really tell they care about what they do. I’ll definitely be coming back — highly recommend!

Corin was an outstanding host. Opening up early and serving the best coffee and piping hot food out of hours, The cafe is charming, well minted and has an easy chilled vibe..
