She keeps changing her appointments app and my appointments were overlooked, one of them missed completely. When addressed, she got very angry and cancelled all my appointments. Very rude and no customer service at all, even though was completely her fault. If you change apps, you are obliged to contact people and make sure you have their appointments in order, especially if they take time off from work to attend! Wil never use her and I do not recommend!
