Really like this cafe. Service good, nice staff and a beautiful location. Given 3 stars as I think a little bit more effort could be put into the food, particularly the sandwiches. Cheap, thin granary bread used and not much filling. The brie was non-existent. For £9-ish I expected a lot more!

Came here a couple of weeks ago go with my partner. Was very pleased and enjoyed the menu, homemade cakes were fresh and the coffee was of high quality. Will definitely return. Highly recommend!!

Always excellent sitting next to the River Arun with the spectacular Arundel Castle as your backdrop. Perfect. Delicious Coronation chicken sandwich and very good coffee as I stopped by on my bike ride. Friendly professional service.

Nice good, lovely staff and nice to sit outside in the sun, great spot! But quite pricey for what you get. We had 2 sandwiches, a coffee and an apple juice for £26.

I recently visited Edible Sandwich and tried their latte and walnut cake, and I was pleasantly surprised! The latte was smooth, well-balanced, and had a rich, creamy texture with just the right amount of espresso. It wasn’t too bitter or too milky just perfect. The walnut cake was a real treat. It was moist, full of flavor. The sweetness was just right, not overpowering, and it paired beautifully with the latte.

Located in a lovely spot, you can sit outside overlooking the River, blankets are provided incase it gets chilly, or you can sit inside in the warmth ,we chose the latter, its small but cosy. We ordered the cheese and onion toastie served with side salad and crisps and a Latte and the tuna mayonnaise sandwich with a side salad and crisps and cup of tea. It was delicious and Fresh. Highly recommend.

Central location beside the river with ample outdoor seating. Large breakfast menu and sandwiches / jacket potatoes for lunch. Service was polite and prompt. Having sat inside where you can see in to the kitchen, we felt hygine standards could be improved. Staff didn't wear hair nets or wash their hands frequently (e.g. after wiping their noses or scratching heads). Despite the off putting hygine, the food was tasty and good value for money.
