Absolutely gorgeous little place to eat. The food was delicious. We sat outside in the sun watching lambs. My only issue is that it's not particularly accessible. The seats, floor surfaces, lack of space etc made it very difficult. There was also a lack of parking nearby that were accessible. Other than that it's a very cute store.. we left with food and plants and full bellies. And lost of photos of cute little lambs.

Always welcoming and inviting. Great choice of food on the menu that tastes great. Locally sourced produce where possible and their sausage rolls and pasties are legendary! Great little shop as well with a variety of goodies to take away. Seating indoors and out and Jake the Manager is a great asset to the team. Lovely venue for locals and an ideal destination for dog walkers & cyclists. Plenty of cycle racks and four legged friends welcome inside too. A great community cafe/shop

What a lovely little shop and cafe. We both enjoyed a vegan sausage and onion chutney sandwich which came with crisps and salad and homemade vegan slaw too. Hot chocolate was vegan with oat milk too. The shop had some locally produced flour so picked up two bags for the bread maker at home. Very tasty and very welcoming.

Without question the best cafe around by far and dog friendly. Staff are so helpful and friendly and go up and beyond to make you feel welcome. Food was delicious and such a vast choice.( they were more than happy to accommodate changes and swaps.) I thoroughly enjoyed the best flat white coffee I’ve ever had made by an ever so slightly eccentric older dog loving team member.

Stunning cafe!! Luckily found it after we had been walking for quite a while!! Very friendly and welcoming. I had a prawn sandwich which came with a salad, crisps and coleslaw, we also ordered loaded fried with chilli that was massive! Kids ham sandwiches, SourDough with hummus and onion rings. All delicious! Bought some cakes for home and they were great.

Recommended by the Travelodge at Fontwell for breakfast as they don't do food themselves. The Forge is like a village shop and more, with more stock of products than you can imagine. Ranging from their own brand of products to ones that you can buy on the High Street to ones thst you will never find on the High Street, such a selection. We had a lovely breakfast where there is seating inside the cafe as well as outside seating too. Friendly staff and well worth a visit to Slinford.
