I was in and out in thirty minutes. The place wasn’t busy at the time and the food came out at the same time as my appetizer. My steak, although seared on all sides so it’s hard to tell, was a perfect medium as requested. The gyoza was amazing, crispy, and fresh. My only complaint is that the fried rice fails to be fried, it was the same texture as normally cooked rice, and it tasted mostly unseasoned. I ordered it without veggies, so maybe that would have helped enhance the flavor. Next time I will get noodles instead here. Everything else was lovely and I will definitely be back again.

The sushi rolls are beautifully presented and packed with flavor — fresh fish, perfectly seasoned rice, and just the right balance of texture and creativity. The Volcano Roll and Crunchy Shrimp Roll are fan favorites for a reason. Love the lunch bento boxes!!! If you’re at the hibachi grill, expect a fun, interactive meal with generous portions, tender steak or chicken, and veggies grilled to perfection. The fried rice is buttery and flavorful, and the yum yum sauce is a must on everything. Service is fast and friendly, and the ambiance is a nice mix of upscale and casual. Our server was great and friendly. Put on a good show and the food was delicious and plentiful. Had to get to go boxes. We are glad they are in Chelsea! Our server interacted in a fun way with the kids. They enjoyed it!

This is an ok spot. The food does slap but, thats like minimum requirement in places like this. The chef doesn't really do a show. They dont flip food in your mouth or catch food.with their hat but more safe tricks like small onion volcano. I would eat the food here but I have seen more engaging shows.

We LOVE Saisaki. No exaggeration, we go 1-2 times a week lol. Whether it’s sitting in the restaurant or carry out - the food is always delicious. The staff is amazing & super friendly. Truly the best hibachi experience we’ve ever had. Thankful we live right down the road!

The hibachi chefs are amazingly entertaining, the food flavors are marvelous, the restaurant is beautiful. 10 stars overall!! (Steak and chicken hibachi was so good I forgot to take a pic!)

Great salad, good clear soup, fabulous tempura ice cream. Sushi, sashimi, and chicken katsu was great as well. Hibachi chicken was a bit dry and the noodles were overloaded with pepper. Service was really good as well. It is a bit expensive compared to other Japanese restaurants in the area.
